About the Organization

Launch Legends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch :

Autheo : Our Layer-1 blockchain with integrated social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.

WFO : Extreme Sports Affinity Network 'Built on Autheo' to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in December or January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

POSITION : AIRDROP CAMPAIGN ADVISOR - LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN

Launch Legends is seeking a skilled Airdrop Advisor to lead the strategic planning and execution of Autheo’s airdrop initiative for its groundbreaking Layer-1 blockchain and integrated social platform. The Airdrop Advisor will play a pivotal role in developing a phased, data-driven airdrop strategy designed to drive early adoption, community expansion, and long-term user engagement. This phased approach, beginning in December with Phase 1 and progressing to Phase 2 in January, aims to attract early adopters, incentivize active participants, and support Autheo’s growth into a user-powered ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Phase 1 : Initial Airdrop Launch (December)

Foundational Airdrop Strategy and Execution : Design and launch Phase 1, focusing on rewarding early adopters, influencers, and community builders who contribute to the foundational user base.

User Onboarding and Engagement Tasks : Define key onboarding and engagement tasks for eligibility, such as completing registration, connecting wallets, and joining Autheo’s community channels. Establish incentives that encourage users to interact with core features.

Promotional Coordination and Outreach : Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure targeted messaging that highlights Autheo’s mission and differentiators, attracting a broad base of committed users.

Phase 2 : Decentralized Cloud Contributor Airdrop (January)

Expansion of Rewards for Active Participation : Launch Phase 2 to reward users actively contributing storage to Autheo’s decentralized cloud initiative. Develop task-based incentives that include storage contribution and usage frequency, laying the foundation for a self-sustaining data layer.

Structured Airdrop for Storage Contributors : Implement a tiered reward structure based on participation, storage volume, and uptime, encouraging consistent contributions to Autheo’s decentralized data infrastructure.

Ongoing Airdrop Management and User Engagement

Engagement and Community Loyalty Programs : Continue refining reward structures to incentivize ongoing user contributions, governance participation, and active engagement, fostering a loyal and involved community.

Cross-Functional Coordination for Airdrop Operations : Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of airdrop features, user-friendly processes, and clear communication channels. Support users in understanding eligibility criteria and the claiming process.

Data Analysis and Performance Tracking : Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback from each phase to refine future airdrop strategies. Track KPIs, such as user participation, retention, and platform growth, optimizing airdrop incentives and targeting high-impact user segments.

Qualifications :

Industry Network : Strong connections in the blockchain and Web3 space, with a proven ability to engage influencers, community builders, and Web3 advocates for airdrop initiatives.

Proven Airdrop Experience : Demonstrated success in managing airdrop strategies and community incentive programs, particularly for Layer-1 or Web3 platforms, with expertise in phased execution.

Community Building and Engagement : Expertise in creating community-driven incentive models that attract and retain users, fostering long-term platform loyalty.

Blockchain Knowledge : Deep understanding of tokenomics, decentralized networks, and governance models, with the ability to structure effective reward mechanisms for user engagement and growth.

Cross-Functional Skills : Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align airdrop initiatives with Autheo’s platform vision and operational goals.

Data-Driven Optimization : Skilled in analyzing user behavior and airdrop outcomes to enhance engagement strategies and airdrop effectiveness across different phases.

In this role, your deep expertise in Airdrop Campaigns for blockchain projects, securing high-profile partnerships, and attracting investment will play a pivotal role in propelling our ecosystem forward and establishing it as a key player in the Web3 space.
