Lead the project management for critical infrastructure, telecommunication design / build projects. Projects are centered around electrical and HVAC infrastructure supporting customer’s requirements. Primary Job Duties :
- Refine scope of work and detail sub contracts
- Prepare customer proposals
- Manage multiple projects in various stage of activities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets
- Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project
- Develop project schedule and monitor / update as project progresses
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation superintendents and trades people
- Provide specific expertise for problem solving
- Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Coordinate completion of construction activities.
- Prepare punch list to ensure the readiness of systems for turnover to the client.
