This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization

Launch Legends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch :

Autheo : Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.

GO WFO : The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

POSITION : VIDEO EDITOR

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished projects that align with our brand vision. You will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging, high-quality content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, professional-quality videos.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver video content that aligns with the overall strategy.

Add graphics, special effects, sound, and music to enhance video productions.

Review scripts and storyboards, and recommend improvements when necessary.

Ensure all edits meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Color-correct and grade videos to maintain consistency and professional appearance.

Manage and organize digital assets, including raw footage, graphics, and sound files.

Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to enhance video production processes.

Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and adjust videos for final delivery.

Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with attention to format, length, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.

Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and compression settings for different platforms.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.

Knowledge of 2D / 3D animation and visual effects is a plus.

Experience with social media content creation is a bonus.

A creative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with video production, including lighting and sound recording.

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Ability to storyboard and plan video shoots.

Knowledge of video marketing strategies and trends.

Portfolio of previous work showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.
