We are looking for someone to join our department to help take care of our readers when they call for information or delivery concerns. We reach out to our readers to help them by answering their questions about their subscriptions or their account information. We assist our readers in making their payments and with activations.
We’re looking for someone with an easy smile and a friendly disposition. We seek someone who fits our team because they understand how important our customers are to the success equation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with computers or data base systems. The right fit for this position will have strong organizational skills and can answer the phone with a smile.
