About us
Record Workshop is a small business in Buffalo, NY designed to support multiple professional service firms in a shared office setting, working in the community development, urban design, and legal space.
Office Administrator will provide support to participating businesses, including law firm, consulting firm, and other professional service firms. This includes filing documents, scheduling meetings, drafting letters, managing mail, timekeeping, invoicing, basic bookkeeping, banking, and related tasks.
This role requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and willing to learn. Experience working in a legal setting or with basic bookkeeping is preferred
Job is in person, but specific hours and number of hours are flexible. Anticipating 10 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday to start.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 36 per week
