Social Media and Web Content Coordinator
Position Summary: The social media and web content coordinator is responsible for curating, creating, and coordinating content across our company web page as well as various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skill to enhance our online presence, foster community engagement, and drive our brand's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Curate, design, and schedule compelling content that reflects the brand's voice and appeals to our target audience.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to obtain up-to-date information on multiple construction projects for promotion across various social media platforms.
- Upload, update, and maintain web content on the company webpage
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as necessary based on analytics.
- Optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and tags
Community Engagement:
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Foster a positive community and engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers.
- Identify potential brand advocates or influencers for collaboration opportunities.
Strategy & Analysis:
Contribute to the development and refinement of the social media strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with other departments (such as PR, events, and sales) to ensure consistency across campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the advertising team on paid social campaigns, providing insights from organic social data.
Brand Protection:
Monitor and address any negative comments or feedback in a manner that preserves the brand's image.
- Ensure all content adheres to copyrights, trademarks, and other legal guidelines.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
