Estimator- Electrical
Recore Electrical Contractors, Inc is currently looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our Pre-Construction group.
Working with our design team you will be tasked with providing cost and schedule estimates along with detailed proposals.
Candidate should have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset with experience in using estimating software (ConEst, Accubid)
The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.
Abilities:
· Understand project scope and requirements
· Use software to perform detailed material and labor take-offs
· Obtain and review quotes by subcontractors and vendors
· Create and submit estimate reports for review
· Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
· Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs etc.)
· Proficient in relevant software systems
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Thoroughness and reliability
· Excellent organizational skills

Salary : $44,000 - $55,800
