We are looking for an Electrical Superintendent to run industrial projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience. The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and / or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials / equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver & exercises great communication skill with project managers and clients.

Managing a crew of 10 -15 electriciansReview plans and layouts provided by the Project ManagerIdentify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager.Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progressControls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changesGenerate weekly and monthly material requestsAttend job site meetings with General Contractor, when neededMaintain daily logs and other paperwork that can be required by the General ContractorUse an iPad to document daily progress on a projectMaintaining safe and clean working environmentComprehend and practice safe work proceduresExperience Requirements :
Strong industrial electrical background.2 years of prior industrial electrical supervision experienceStrong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle.Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills.Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner.Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally.Physical Function :
Hear and see well (either naturally or with correction).Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.Lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Constantly move on feet.Complete overhead work for full day assignments.Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is byO.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder, or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks.Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.Lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPEConstantly move on feet.Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is byO.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder, or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks.Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
