Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM

We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients in a fast-paced, rewarding setting! Key Responsibilities:
Be the Face of Our Office: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers with a smile and professionalism.
Manage Communications: Screen and forward incoming calls, answer questions via phone, fax, and email, and help provide clients with important service info and paperwork.
Coordinate Services: Schedule assessments, outpatient admissions, mental health appointments, and medication management services.
Handle Administrative Tasks: Secure authorizations, prepare payment agreements, maintain accurate client records, and manage mail and paperwork.
Client Orientation: Help clients navigate insurance coverage details like deductibles, co-pays, and authorization processes.
Support the Admissions Team: Work closely with the Admissions Department and assist with tasks such as uploading paperwork and managing record requests.
Safety First: Stay alert to fire and safety hazards and help de-escalate challenging situations with clients when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR certification (preferred)
- A passion for supporting people in the mental health and chemical dependency fields (preferred)
