Pay: $55,000 – $80,630 based on experience

We are looking for a dedicated Residential Float Counselor to provide ongoing clinical support to our residential team. You will assist clients with comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and facilitate counseling and education sessions while ensuring compliance with MN Rule 245G.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions
- Facilitate educational sessions
- Operate office equipment and communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with MN Rule 245G and related chapters
Key Qualifications:
- Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor in good standing OR Temporary Permit
- Knowledge of Chapter 245G, 245A, 626.556, 626.557, and 626.5572
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a rotated on-call schedule (see below)
- On-Call: Just 6 times per year, for one week at a time. On call stipend of $250 per week.
- Saturday Coverage: Only 6 Saturdays annually—and you can choose a weekday off that week, making it easier to handle appointments without using PTO!
- Holiday Rotation: One holiday per year, on a rotating basis.
- Relocation Package up to $4,000
