What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Recovery America?
Recovery America: In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:
- Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
- Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
- Complete condition reports in a timely manner
- Prep vehicles for transport to auction
- Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Manager.
This is an entry-level position, starting at $12-16/hour, based on experience.
*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

Training will be provided upon hiring.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 22 years of age.
You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have good computer skills in order to enter vehicle information into our database.
