Job Description
Repossession agents locate and safely recover collateral for the accounts within their assigned zone. Agents leverage company provided electronic tools, intel gathered via accessible databases and leverage their inside support staff to quickly locate and recover targeted collateral. Outstanding repossession agents work independentily, are highly organized, efficient and highly money motivated individuals. Repossession agents thrive on excitement, adventure while aligning their efforts to reach assigned goals and maximize compensation. Recovery agents are responsible for working assignments within company established process and procedures, recovering assigned collateral, completing electronic condition reports, pre/post shift inspection of their assigned truck and associated equipment and also completing any company required training and/or paperwork.
Qualifications
Must be at least 22 years old and have HS Diploma
Must pass standard DOT physical for compliance (No Diabetes or High Blood Pressure)
Clean driving record (no more than 2 pts last three years), No license suspensions in last 5 years
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must pass15 Year background check with NO felonies

Do you have previous law enforcement or military experience? While this it not required, we have found that the disciplines learned in these fields generally transfers to becoming a successful Agent.
