Qualifications
- Experience in conducting individual, family, couples, and group therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- License as a Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee
- Experience working in a mental health or addiction treatment setting
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
