What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Recovery Center?
Must have a minimum of 2 years of AR and AP experience. Reports directly to CEO and CAO. Must have good communication skills and be willing and able to discuss billing matters both on the phone and in written communications.
Position will also assist in other projects in the accounting office as needed. Good working knowledge of QuickBooks in regards to AR and AP. Also requires good working knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to create and modify spreadsheets.

Position Summary:
- Assist with normal front desk duties
- Create and maintain monthly invoices and statements
- Working knowledge of insurance billing matters including but not limited to deductibles, copays and coinsurances is preferred
- Responsible for creating and maintaining client financial agreements
- Maintain all clinical scheduling for clients and clinical staff, including weekly staffing
- Submit payroll and assist staff with payroll and company insurance benefits issues
- Maintain client financial document files
- Continue self-education on all aspects of the position
- All other duties as assigned
