What You’ll Do:
As our Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and an uplifting team culture. You'll work side by side with a close-knit crew who shows up each day to make a real impact on people's lives.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive work environment
- Ensure garments are restored to the highest standard of quality
- Monitor workflow, production timelines, and employee performance
- Collaborate with management to meet goals and elevate team performance
