We believe in a supportive and collaborative work environment—and we like to have fun while we do meaningful work.Job Summary:We’re looking for a full-time Admissions & Outreach Coordinator to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our CEO, COO, and marketing department to help connect individuals and families with our recovery program. You’ll serve as a key liaison for incoming clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders, playing a vital role in ensuring people get the help they need. This is a hybrid position with some remote flexibility and a few in-house days in the Lewiston-Auburn area each week. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from individuals, families, and referral sources regarding admissions Guide clients through the admissions process with care, compassion, and accuracy and build relationships with local providers, hospitals, detoxes, therapists, and other referral sources. Collaborate with the marketing team to help grow our visibility and reach. Maintain accurate records using internal CRM tools. Attend local outreach events and represent RCOM in the recovery community. Work directly with leadership on growth strategy, quality improvement, and client experience. Follow up with past leads and alumni to maintain strong community connections.
Qualifications
Passion for helping individuals in recovery
Previous experience in admissions, outreach, customer service, or behavioral health (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvyAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentMust be based in or near the Lewiston-Auburn area

Pay: $24.05 - $28.82 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
