- Valid Driver's License
- Guest Care & Advocacy:
- Provides individuals with non-emergency transportation to and from the Program site.
- Serves as a community guide and coach/advocate working to link newly discharged individuals with housing, vocational, educational and community services.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensures the safe operation of Company vehicle.
- Performs daily inspections of vehicle and arranges for maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- Completes documentation regarding transportation services as required.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies and procedures as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Document COE/COT in Electronic Health Record and review legal documents for accuracy prior to transporting to mental health court.
- Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Assists in completing admissions to the Program facility.
- Assists with administrative office functions, which may include answering phones, acting as receptionist and ensuring cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assists with record maintenance and retrieval.
- Assists in the process of gathering data necessary to perform billing and audit functions as requested.
- Work as Direct staff on crisis unit in ratio
- Additional Duties:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Education/Licenses:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements.
- Driving Requirements:
- If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy.
- If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed.
- Miscellaneous Requirement(s):
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement.
- Travel required based on business need.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable).
- Must be able to pass education verification check.
- Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states.
- Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position).
Salary : $17 - $21
