Are you a woman with a passion for recovery, strong leadership skills, and a heart to serve others on their healing journey? Recovery Plus for Women is seeking a Phase 2 House Supervisor to help guide and mentor women in transitional housing as they grow in independence, accountability, and purpose.
This role is ideal for someone with strong recovery knowledge, ethical integrity, healthy boundaries, and the ability to bring structure and compassion together in daily practice.
About the Role
As our Phase 2 House Supervisor, you’ll provide consistency, structure, and encouragement to women transitioning from residential treatment into more independent living. You will serve as a mentor and liaison—ensuring that each woman understands and follows program expectations while helping staff remain informed and aligned.
You will be the bridge between accountability and growth, always modeling what responsible recovery living looks like.
Key Responsibilities
Office Hours at Phase 2 (Transitional House)
- Minimum of 8 hours per week across 3 shifts (approx. 3 hours each)
- Must be available Fridays and schedule within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Shift at Phase 1 (Residential Facility)
- Every other weekend: 16 hours
- Serve as part of a shared coverage team, ensuring continuity of care
On-Call Coverage (Phase 2)
- Available daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM for client calls/texts
- Must respond within 30 minutes
- Occasional in-person response required (with added compensation)
PRN Medication Assistance
- Must be available as-needed (PRN) to observe medications during weekend shifts
Program Support & Consistency
- Study and uphold the Phase 2 Handbook and program policies
- Provide structured, consistent guidance aligned with program expectations
- Serve as a point of communication and accountability between clients and leadership
- Document concerns, report issues, and support clear communication between staff and clients
Shared Staff Responsibilities
You’ll join a united team of staff who work together to:
- Ensure program rules are followed and accountability is enforced
- Complete regular house checks and client wellness checks
- Help de-escalate or redirect clients when needed
- Support curfew enforcement and visitation protocols
- Maintain a presence that promotes peace, order, and growth within the home

✅ Confident setting boundaries and modeling healthy behaviors
✅ A team player who understands the importance of communication and follow-through
Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to drive Recovery Plus vehicles
- Cannot be under active supervision by Probation & Parole
- Cannot work full-time as a Peer Support Specialist at Caris Counseling
- PSS preferred—or must be willing to pursue certification
- Must pass a background check and comply with Recovery Plus standards
