Key Responsibilities:
- Wake-Up & Morning Routine Support – Help residents start the day with structure, encouragement, and a cup of coffee.
Morning Inspiration – Lead a short devotional, share recovery-based encouragement, or guide a motivational discussion.
Supervise Recreational Therapy – Support residents as they engage in fun, structured activities such as bowling, going to the lake, arcade outings, conferences, and seasonal events.
Meal Planning & Grocery Lists – Assist residents with meal planning, grocery list organization, and smart shopping habits.
Budgeting & SNAP Benefit Management – Teach residents how to effectively budget, plan meals, and manage their resources responsibly.
Document Progress – Complete brief notes on resident participation and engagement.

✅ Ensure Structure & Accountability – Supervise evening routines, including shower schedules, medication observation, and nightly wind-down discussions.
