What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Site Manager position at Recovery Point Behavioral Health?
Summary/objective: The purpose of the Site Manager for Behavioral Health is to ensure all Behavioral Health services are being performed in accordance with all applicable criteria at a specific site. The Site Manager is responsible for oversight of all scheduling of clients, day to day activities of a specific site and ensuring administrative efficiencies. Directly supervises Recovery Point West Virginia Behavioral Health administrative assistant at a specific site. Works directly with the Clinical Director and Director of Operations to support the strategic mission/plan of Recovery Point Behavioral Health, Inc. in the areas of people, service, quality, sustainability, and growth.
Essential functions:

· Complete client and clinical/service-providing staff scheduling weekly. Coordinate w/ residential facilities and transportation services to ensure all appointments are kept and services are delivered as scheduled.
· Develop, implement, and oversee all standard operating procedures and workflows related to delivery of clinical services.
· Directly supervise Administrative Assistant (site specific)
· Ensure all Behavioral Health staff members are coordinating and communicating with one another and collaborating as needed to consistently deliver quality care to our clients, removing any barriers that exist between Behavioral Health staff members and the execution of their individual roles.
· Ensure facilities and all equipment/devices therein are maintained, operational, clean, and safe for staff/clients.
· Ensure that all RPWV Behavioral Health staff members (clinical and otherwise) are adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements as well as conducting themselves professionally and appropriately during operating hours.
· Execute any responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Director of Operations in a prompt and effective manner.
· Interview and evaluate potential new staff members in conjunction with Clinical Director and Director of Operations, as needed.
· Oversee management of client census within Behavioral Health Programs and ensure that an accurate census is maintained and available for reference.
· Prompting and appropriately respond to any urgent client or staff related issues that arise during operations, ensuring that these issues are delegated to the appropriate staff members and addressed adequately.
· Support/Assist Clinical Director as needed to ensure that all Behavioral Health operations follow all applicable rules and regulations as well as industry’s best practices.
· Support/Assist Clinical Director as needed to ensure that clinical/service-provider team is fully empowered to delivery top-quality services, removing any barriers that exist between the clinical/service-providing team and delivery efficacious care to our clients.
· Support/assist Clinical Director to schedule and deliver training and associated materials for clinical/service-providing staff.
· Support/Assist Director of Operations in preparing proposals, projections, reports, and other materials for RPWV Executive Director and Board of Directors.
· Support/Assist Director of Operations with financial functions for RPWV Behavioral Health including financial projections and budgetary decision-making.
· Work in conjunction with Director of Operations and Clinical Director in development of new clinical programming, content, services, and functions to ensure that all services and functions are delivered and executed in accordance with all state and federal rules and regulations and within confines of fiscal requirements and expectations.
· Work in conjunction with Director of Operations and Clinical Director to develop, implement, and oversee Behavioral Health data collection including clinical outcome measurements, client satisfaction measurements, and other data points.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications: Candidate must possess clinical and business knowledge, experience, and acumen. The following two education/qualification combinations are preferred, though other candidates may be considered: [1] High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-years of supervisory/management experience or [2] High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-years human services/clinical experience. Experience in SUD treatment agencies preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Business Administration is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and possess excellent decision-making skills. Must be able to stay up to date on EMR and changing criteria for billing and Behavioral Health centers.
Work Environment: Employee will work in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, , reach, and stretch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally be required to lift up to 20 lbs. Travel may be required.
