Client Care Representative
Do you have experience working in a fast-paced, community-based mental health and addiction clinic (with no evening, weekend or holiday hours scheduled)?
Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive mental health/behavioral health agency) is seeking a full-time Client Care Representative. In this role, you will provide support to our clients experiencing challenges from mental health, and addiction barriers by
- greeting all clients (checking them in for their appointments; scheduling appointments
- answering many telephone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- entering data -- updating clients demographics including insurance, address, phone number
- responding to emails, faxes
- processing documents – including scanning, mailing medical record requests
- working with a providers in a professional setting
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Minimum one year experience working in a mental health facility
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
