Job Coach (part-time)
Are you ready to use your skills to make a difference in the lives of others? Recovery Resources (a community-based mental health and addiction service agency) is looking for a qualified and passionate Job Coach to work a part-time, flexible schedule (20 hours week)!
In this role, you will ensure the quality and integration of program components : job readiness; paid work experience; occupational training; apprenticeships; employer and work site placements; placement, retention services; and follow up services. You'll also have an opportunity to build relationships with employers in the community to expand the pool of employers.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational level of a High School Diploma / equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience providing employment services to low-income participants preferred.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and current insurance.
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
