Job Overview
We are looking for a committed and caring overnight Behavioral Health / Detox technician to become part of our team in Aspen. The right candidate will have experience in social work or behavioral health, emphasizing support for individuals facing diverse challenges, including PTSD and mental health disorders, and will share a genuine passion for helping others.
You will be tasked with caring for detox clients and the vulnerable homeless population. This will involve completing daily paperwork, managing phone calls, maintaining cleanliness, and providing direct client care, which includes taking vital signs, serving meals, and administering medications as necessary.
This is an excellent chance to kickstart your career in the mental health field and client care, with plenty of opportunities for advancement. While experience is a plus, it’s not a necessity.

Necessary Requirements:
- Must have valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be living locally (in Roaring Fork Valley) within a reasonable distance from Aspen CO or be willing to relocate.
- Must be flexible with shift work coverage. No set schedule can be guaranteed at first.
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts, to include weekends and holidays as needed, or on a rotating schedule.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, reference check, and CBI fingerprinting background check.
- Must adhere to the company's non-discrimination policy.
- We currently offer night shifts only - two to three 12 Hour shifts (from 7pm till 7am) is an average schedule. Overtime opportunity is available.
