Strategy & Operations Coordinator
Do you have experience in the nonprofit world? Are you seeking a position where you can learn more beyond an individual contributor role in the mental health, prevention, addiction, community health space. Recovery Resources is seeking an individual to support the leadership team in carrying out our mission as we help people triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drugs, gambling and other addictions.
In this role you’ll contribute to communications and marketing (managing/posting social media; create marketing material and assist with Associate Board event planning and preparation); donation management (coordinating all activities); Human Resources (partnering with hiring managers to attract and screen candidates and contribute to various HR-related projects/initiatives); data management (create and evaluate surveys to assess agency needs; create agency data presentations and reports); grant management (work with leadership in managing existing grants and research new grant opportunities).

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements for the position include a Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Science or related field; a minimum of two years working in a nonprofit environment and a passion to help people triumph over mental illness and addiction.
