Supervisor of Case Management
Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive mental health/behavioral health clinic) is seeking a Supervisor of Case Management. In this position you will collaborate with the criminal justice system to monitor progress toward successful delivery of the program. You will also supervisor, train and coach a team of Case Managers to achieve their individual and annual targets.
Essential functions of this position include managing a team of Case Managers; developing an effective rapport and overseeing the delivery of forensic case management services to a diverse population; monitoring all performance of the contract; adhering to and monitoring program guidelines; achieving goals set forth by Recovery Resources and the criminal justice system; reviewing client case files to ensure services are delivered consistently and successfully; collaborating with Agency staff; and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification for the position include:
• Bachelor's degree in social work/sciences or related field
• Valid OH driver’s license, reliable personal transportation & car insurance
• LSW or LPC (Legally authorized to practice in Ohio)
• Minimum three years of experience in and demonstrated understanding of case management services
• Ability to transport clients in your own vehicle
