Position: Support Staff
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

The Support Staff position involves the daily activities of maintaining office operations.
PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform clerical duties for the program staff
- Scheduling client appointments
- Checking clients in/out for sessions
- Fee collection
- scanning
- mail distribution
- miscellaneous filing
- ordering office supplies
- first responders on the phones
- greet visitors into the facility
- perform site safety officer duties
- determining funding sources for the client
- record requests
- Good understanding of HIPPA/Confidentiality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate, and/or Associate degree, and/or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Ability to type accurately (55 WPM). Computer/word processing experience helpful.
- Knowledge of office procedures. A minimum of two years’ office experience or equivalent.
- Organizational skills a must.
- Ability to work well with people; possess strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Must be team player.
- Well-developed writing /communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good telephone skills/manners.
- Support Staff must be able to work evenings or weekends.
