Lead the Financial Pulse of Our Facility: Business Manager Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for organization and financial excellence? As our Business Manager, you’ll take the reins in shaping and streamlining the business operations that keep our facility thriving. From budgets to payroll and everything in between, you’ll be the driving force behind the systems that ensure smooth daily operations and long-term success.
Your impact includes:
- Developing and maintaining operational policies across budgeting, purchasing, payroll, inventory, and more.
- Owning financial reporting and month-end packages to keep everything on track.
- Collaborating closely with Corporate Accounting and senior management to align priorities and achieve financial goals.
- Managing key resources like contracts, fleet, and inventory with precision and insight.

Key Responsibilities
Business Function Supervision: Plans, coordinates, and supervises daily business-related functions, adhering to facility and corporate policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Service Delivery and Staff Management: Provides direct supervision, manages service delivery, motivates staff, and ensures adherence to company guidelines.
Compliance with Regulations: Demonstrates knowledge of accrediting body objectives and state/local governing standards that impact the business office.
Financial Reporting: Responsible for monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and billing activities.
Payroll Oversight: Oversees employee payroll to ensure accuracy, timely processing of time-off requests, and necessary adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
Experience:
- Required: Five (5) years’ experience in a financial position involving budget preparation and/or administration of government contracts;
- Required: Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity. Master’s degree in business or public administration may substitute for one (1) year of required supervisory experience.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
