How you make a difference:
The Maintenance Technician is the go-to expert for hands-on service and repairs across a variety of essential building systems. From plumbing and carpentry to electrical servicing and HVAC, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Your skills will keep the facility in top shape, tackling challenges head-on and providing solutions that ensure comfort, safety, and functionality for all. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives on variety, this role offers you the chance to apply your expertise in multiple areas every day.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues.

  • Service HVAC and Plumbing Systems: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems to maintain comfort and functionality.

  • Maintain Equipment and Electrical Systems: Ensure machinery, electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, and wiring are in good working order to guarantee safety and efficiency.

  • Complete Work Orders and Emergency Tasks: Address preventive maintenance tasks, complete work orders, and respond to after-hour emergencies while on call to ensure continuous facility operations.

  • Document Maintenance Activities: Use work order systems to document maintenance activities, materials used, and time spent, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with reporting standards.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Preferred: General maintenance experience
