How You Make a Difference

The Rehabilitation Services Team Leader drives the success of therapeutic programs by developing, implementing, and evaluating a diverse range of group therapies and activities that promote growth and healing. This role is pivotal in building and mentoring a high-performing team through hiring, training, and supervision of staff. As a key contributor to treatment plans and an active participant in multidisciplinary team meetings, the Team Leader ensures individuals receive holistic and impactful care. Key Responsibilities

• Supervises Rehabilitation StaffProvides supervision to assigned rehabilitation services staff, ensuring effective performance and support.
• Hiring and TrainingAssists in hiring, onboarding, and providing ongoing training for rehabilitation specialists.
• Program DevelopmentDevelops and implements programs and activity services tailored to the needs of individuals served.
• Program ComplianceObserves programming activities to ensure compliance and fidelity to established programs.
• Ensures Accurate DocumentationOversees the completion of documentation to meet contractual, regulatory, and accreditation expectations.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant human services field
  
  

Experience

• Preferred: Three (3) years' experience in a mental health setting.
