How you make a difference
The Treasury Manager is a key financial leader, overseeing all cash management and treasury operations across the organization’s business units. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role serves as the central hub for all treasury-related matters, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. The Treasury Manager plays a critical role in shaping strategies to optimize cash flow, manage funding, and mitigate financial risks, all while ensuring seamless banking operations. If you excel at forecasting, problem-solving, and driving financial efficiency, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s financial health and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash flow management and forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement cash optimization strategies to minimize idle cash and maximize returns.
Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms, fees, and credit facilities for cost efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and credit risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
Treasury Operations & Reporting: Oversee treasury operations, including payments and intercompany transfers, while preparing and presenting regular reports on cash positions and financial risks to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.
Experience:
- Required: Five (5) years’ experience in treasury management or a related financial role.
Certification:
- Preferred: Certified Treasury Professional (CPT) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
