Available Shifts:
Full Time!
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday – Night Shift
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Monitor and record vital signs regularly during patients’ stays at the residential facility.
- Nursing Assessments: Perform nursing assessments and provide care interventions based on psychiatric and medication needs.
- Pre-Admission Evaluation: Conduct triage assessments to determine the appropriateness of new patient admissions.
- Medication Management: Administer medications following established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Documentation & Treatment Planning: Accurately document nursing goals, interventions, and outcomes in patient charts while actively contributing to the treatment care plan.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain patient and employee safety by following infection control protocols and medication management procedures, including handling controlled substances.
