Recovia, LLC, is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic in Deer Valley at 19636 N 27th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85027.
Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.
