Salary: Very Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. We also have a bonus plan that you can earn up to $12,000 extra annually.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and support clients in managing mental health and behavioral challenges, chronic/trauma-based pain, and substance use.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide counseling to individuals and groups.

· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

· Utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBSR, MI and trauma-informed care.

· Conduct Biopsychosocial Evaluations to determine appropriate interventions.

· Treatment and discharge planning

· Track client outcomes

· Work on a truly integrated team of BH Counselors, Medical Providers, Physical Therapist, and PTA’s.

Qualifications:

Required:

· Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

· Valid state licensure: Psy.D., LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMSW

· Experience in mental health, behavioral therapy, or substance use counseling.

Preferred:

· Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or addiction counseling.

· Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).
