LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER LMSW LCSW - Hybrid Position
Recovia, LLC is seeking a LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER LCSW LMSW for our Virtual Care clinic at I-17 and Northern in Phoenix. This is 100% Virtual Counseling.
Patients are 18y/o and above. Treatment may be for mental health issues, chronic pain, and or substance abuse.
Along with Very Competitive Pay, we offer:
- Work Hours are 8-5 or 9-6, with 1 hour for lunch.
- Work 4 days in-clinic and 1 day WFH, after 90 days probation;
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call.
- If you are an LMSW, we guarantee we will provide you supervision so you can obtain your LCSW.
- If you are an LCSW, we will pay you an extra $100/hr to supervise and sign for our LACs and LMSWs;
- Productivity Bonus up to $1,000/mo - $12,000/yr, paid out monthly;
