What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at RecPro?
Primary responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
- Use telephones to answer questions, take orders and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Customer Service Representative will work in our call center answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Bi-lingual woule be beneficiaol. Has knowledge of commonly-used rv parts and is able to learn and retain product information. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions could require exercising independent judgment. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
