What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager (Substance Use Treatment Facility) position at Recreate Behavioral Health Network?
We are seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee food service for 50 residents at our substance use treatment facility . This hands-on role includes meal production, ordering, cooking, serving, and maintaining kitchen sanitation . The manager will also work closely with the Corporate Registered Dietitian (RD) to ensure meals meet dietary guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks per the facility’s menu cycle.
- Order food and supplies while managing inventory.
- Ensure proper food safety, portioning, and sanitation.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Corporate RD to meet residents' nutritional needs.
