Recreate Behavioral Health Network (RBHN) is seeking an experienced therapist to join our team as a Full Time Group Facilitator. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high quality mental health and substance use treatment through engaging group therapy sessions.
The Group Facilitator will lead 20-25 hours of structured group therapy per week across residential and outpatient levels of care, focusing on both mental health and substance use topics. The remaining hours will be dedicated to clinical support, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients.
The ideal candidate is a self motivated clinician who works independently, collaborates effectively with the treatment team, and maintains a strong understanding of group dynamics and evidence-based interventions. DBT certification is strongly preferred, along with other specialized trainings or certifications in relevant therapeutic approaches.
Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida (preferred).
- Master’s degree in clinical mental health, marriage and family, or social work (required).
- At least two years of experience facilitating groups in a mental health and/or substance use treatment setting (preferred).
- Strong group facilitation skills, including experience leading process and psychoeducational groups.
- DBT certification strongly preferred; additional specialized trainings or certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to implement effective group programming.
- Facilitate 20-25 hours of structured group therapy per week, including mental health and substance use groups.
- Prepare and present engaging and evidence-based group topics as scheduled.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system within 24-48 hours.
- Provide clinical support outside of group hours, assisting clients and ensuring a therapeutic environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Maintain healthy boundaries and uphold ethical clinical practices.

- Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
