Recreate Behavioral Health Network is seeking experienced clinicians to join our team as Group Facilitators. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care through engaging group therapy sessions. The Group Facilitator will facilitate mental health-focused process and psychoeducational groups across residential and outpatient levels of care.
The facilitator will work collaboratively with the treatment team to support client progress and provide a safe, therapeutic environment. Additionally, the facilitator is responsible for timely documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in a mental health or helping profession (required).
- At least two years of experience in the mental health field (preferred).
- Strong group facilitation skills, including experience running process and psychoeducational groups.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks is preferred.
