Entry Level Wiring Harness Assembly Technician

Pay: $17-20 per hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM)

Recreational Electrical is looking for a Wiring Harness Assembly Technician to join our team! This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking for their first job or starting a career in the automotive or electrical industry. No prior experience is required—we provideon-the-job training and the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble high-quality wiring harnesses for police, fire, EMS, and government fleet vehicles.
• Work with tools like an ultrasonic welder, crimp machines, and wire printing machines.
• Read wiring schematics and follow company standards.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• No experience needed—just a great attitude and eagerness to learn!
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to identify wire colors and gauges.
• Dependable and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable being on your feet most of the day.
