Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in [Python/Java open to preferred language].
- Integrate third-party services and APIs into microservice architectures.
- Ensure the security and scalability of applications by following AWS best practices.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as necessary.
- Provide documentation and training on the use of developed systems.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing microservices architecture on AWS.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent modern programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with serverless architectures or event-driven designs.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in application development, with at least 1-2 years in microservices development on AWS.
