Employee Benefits Account Manager
Contract-to-Hire | 6 Months
Location: Dallas, TX 75254 (On-site, 5 days per week)
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless benefits administration and outstanding service. If you have experience in employee benefits and a passion for helping businesses optimize their benefit programs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their go-to resource for benefits-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular check-ins via phone and email to review benefit plans, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Assist clients in selecting and enrolling in health insurance, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits.
- Process enrollments, life status changes, and resolve benefit claim issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and stay updated on benefits trends and policy changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolution of benefit program issues.
- Prepare spreadsheets, employee benefits handbooks, and other supporting materials.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or above
- 1-3 years of group benefit experience
✔ Teachable nature with drive and desire to grow into the role
✔ Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and best practices.
✔ Excellent administrative and organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail & time management.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personality: Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Licenses: Active Life & Health Insurance License ideal but not required.
