Our client is seeking an Epic Cadence and Ambulatory Analyst to join the team. This role involves supporting the design, build, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EPIC Cadence and Ambulatory modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve workflows, enhance patient care, and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design and Build: Configure and maintain EPIC Cadence and Ambulatory modules, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and best practices.
- Optimization and Maintenance: Evaluate and optimize current system functionality to enhance user experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.
- User Support and Training: Provide advanced application support, resolve end-user issues, and deliver training for clinical and operational staff as needed.
- Workflow Analysis and Improvement: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements using EPIC tools.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Reporting and Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflow diagrams, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure EPIC modules comply with regulatory standards, data integrity, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- EPIC Certification: Certification in Cadence and/or Ambulatory preferred.
- Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with EPIC Cadence and/or Ambulatory.
- Proven track record in supporting clinical and scheduling workflows.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as EPIC Reporting Workbench or other BI tools.
