About role: We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in managing MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the design, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication, to ensure that MEP projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables and progress
- Work closely with design team and help them prioritize design activities according to project stage and scope
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of project management experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- EIT, FE, or PE certifications (preferred not required)
- Ability to be onsite in Dallas, TX
