Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in SAP development and functional business analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in SAP Development Project Management and SAP Functional Business Analysis, with a strong understanding of SAP modules including FICO, SD, SCM, MM, PP, and PM. This role requires excellent project management skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze, design, and configure SAP solutions to optimize business processes.
- Customize, integrate, and enhance SAP systems to meet specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and execute functional testing scripts to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users for SAP functionalities and processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve SAP utilization and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in SAP implementation.
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Utilize SmartSheets for tracking and reporting project progress.
- Stay updated on SAP trends, updates, and emerging technologies.
- Travel as required for project needs and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience as an SAP Development Project Manager.
- 5-10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SAP modules: FICO, SD, SCM, MM, PP, and PM.
- Strong project management experience with SAP development initiatives.
- Extensive experience in system development, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with SAP functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SmartSheets for project tracking and reporting.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel if required.
