Coordinates with security and facilities coordination to support program needs
Helps with team support, program access, and network permissions.
Manages conference room and huddle room scheduling
Basic Qualifications :
- Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules.
- Experience greeting and hosting and visitors.
