Recruit Right Strategies is seeking a highly organized Settlement Services Coordinator to join our team in the new home building/mortgage industry. As a Settlement Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer service initiatives, creating and managing reports, and providing training to branch/operations managers. You will also monitor and conduct settlements, reviewing all transactions and documents and gathering all required signatures.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry. They will also need to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License. Excellent customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
