Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial documents, communicating with borrowers, and managing the loan process through our software system, Encompass.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and review financial documents, such as credit reports, tax returns, and pay history.
- Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and in-person to ensure they meet the requirements for the loan type.
- Manage the loan process through our software system, Encompass.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Stable work history.
- Previous experience with mortgage loan processing is a plus.
