Recruit Right Strategies is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in the new home building/mortgage industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting existing mortgage customers via phone to discuss the benefits of our services with the goal of earning their settlement business. You will also educate them on the benefits of owner's title insurance and monitor and conduct settlements, reviewing all transactions and documents and gathering all required signatures.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry. They will also need to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License. Excellent customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
This is a salaried position with excellent compensation and benefits.
