Recruit Secure is collaborating with a very large Skilled Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY, that is looking for an experienced Assistant Administrator for their HR department. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and outstanding people skills to partner with the Administrator to set and meet corporate goals and to collaboratively work with their employees to maintain positive employee relations The ideal candidate will have a background in all aspects of the Human Resources function and an understanding of the Staffing process in a Skilled Nursing home. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Human Resources experience and at least 2 years in a management role
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Home. - a must
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of Staffing and Scheduling of Nursing staff
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and mentor diverse constituencies
