Director of Marketing

will be responsible for developing and executing several marketing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, the Director will manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Marketing professionals. The

focus of this position

is to promote the Medical Center's mission, product, and services to the growing needs of the community it serves. The

ideal candidate

will have at least 5 years of marketing experience in healthcare, have been in a management or supervisory role, and be experienced in brand development, targeted advertising campaigns, and developing marketing and digital content for effective customer acquisition. Qualifications :

5-7 years of experience within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.Healthcare experience is a must!Experience hiring, leading, and mentoring Marketers and establishing KPIs for the team.Familiar with analyzing market trends; and developing customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesExperience with managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns to report status to managementA record of cultivating strong relationships within a community, media partners, and influencers.Experience developing effective marketing collateral and digital content.Strong interpersonal, networking, and communications skills.
